Collaborative Innovation Clusters are key to entrepreneurship and research and development activities and combine resources and knowledge to enable their members to cooperate on common strategies and activities towards their mutual benefit – especially of Small and Medium Enterprises. The cluster is usually created after a collective initiative, -coordinated by the -Facilitator.

The creation of the complex from the application with access to the application of the innovation and the healthy entrepreneurship aims to develop and utilize innovative products of high added value with international recognition and a high degree of competitiveness.
