AgriDiverCluster operates as a Non-Profit Civil Company under the name “Collaborative Cluster for the Conservation and Utilisation of Greek Biodiversity”, ensuring the sustainability of the initiative and the expected benefits for its members.

Its operational and funding model was jointly defined following the identification of the priorities of the participating stakeholders, the recording of their needs and expectations from the cluster, and the presentation of a common business plan, which emerged through co-creation processes and with the guidance of its Facilitator.
