AgriDiverCluster will run under a specific legal frame, ensuring the project viability and the expected benefits for its members. Along with the training, communication and exchange of views, its current status will be reflected in a stakeholder analysis, while a SWOT analysis (taking place during the cluster and the training of its members) and a business plan (based on the results of SWOT Analysis) will also be carried out. The way the cluster operates and financed will be co-decided. It will start after addressing the demarcation of priorities, the recording of the involved bodies’ needs and their expectations from the cluster and the presentation of a joint business plan, which will emerge through co-creative processes and the guidance of the Coordinator.
